Chad Andrus embraces the outdoor life year round, as an Archery Technician for Cabela’s and that’s why we deemed him Bone Collector of the Month for May. Working in the outdoor industry, Chad enjoys teaching others about his experiences and introducing new comers to celebrate the spirit of the hunt, expanding the Brotherhood.
He claims that working in the outdoor industry increases his acquaintance with knowledge of the outdoors everyday. “I get to share my knowledge and experiences everyday with my customers. Plus, I learn things almost everyday from customers and coworkers.” Chad practices his talent in the outdoors, but doesn’t forget that there is always something to be learned from others.
In addition to working as an Archery Technician, Chad also films his hunts just like the Bone Collectors. He tells bonecollector.com that its nice to share the experience of the hunt with people that do not hunt or can not get outdoors, so that they can experience being out there on the thrill of the chase.
Spreading the culture of the hunter and taking pride in the Brotherhood is just some of Chad’s great qualities. “I enjoy working with kids and teaching them archery skills so they can pass on the tradition. The Brotherhood is everything I believe in and it’s nice to be in a group that feels the same way I do.”
